We’re proud to bring you Dare To Lead™, a 2-day experiential workshop based on Brené Brown’s research and her New York Times #1 Bestsellers, Dare To Lead and Rising Strong.

The Dare to Lead™ Experience is designed to help you lean into tough conversations, build resilience after failure and create an environment of trust and collaboration. This leads to:

  • Better decisions made faster, speeding time to value for customers
  • Courageous risk-taking, leading to greater creativity, innovation and accountability
  • Connected cultures, where employees are engaged and fulfilled

Jared will be your guide on your Daring Leadership journey. You’ll grow your courageous leadership, practicing the four key skill sets of courage with an engaged, professional cohort. You will leave with practical, actionable skills and mindsets to lead courageously and wholeheartedly.

What To Expect

Dare To Lead™ follows the same format as all our leadership workshops, with attendance limited to 24 participants. Our workshops are experiential, meaning you’ll learn through self-reflection, interactive activities, and plenty of conversation. You’ll watch a few videos and sometimes we’ll show you a slide or two, with most of the process involving engagement in active learning.

You’ll learn these four skill sets of courage that ladder up to Daring Leadership:

Rumbling With Vulnerability

Leaning into – and staying with – tough interactions that involve risk, uncertainty and emotional exposure while staying true to who we are.

Living Into Our Values

Walking our talk about what we hold as most important, making sure our thoughts, intentions, words and actions align with our values.

BRAVING Trust

Learning and practicing the key aspects of trust and putting them to work as the glue that holds our teams and organizations together.

Learning To Rise

Developing the skills to get back up after a fall so we’re willing to risk falling again. Re-writing the stories and endings that no longer serve us.

All participants will receive the official Dare To Lead™ Workbook, exclusive to the program. Upon successful completion, participants will receive the official “Dare to Lead™ Trained” Certificate and LinkedIn Badge. Jared provides coaching to you and your cohort throughout the workshop, and host a 90-minute follow-up webinar for you and your cohort after the workshop to help you reinforce your new daring leadership skills and mindsets.

Your Facilitator

Jared is a Certified Dare To Lead™ Facilitator trained by Brené Brown in creating Dare To Lead™ learning experiences for corporate and public audiences. Jared focuses on creating a unique experience, and a safe and courageous space for you to journey into Daring Leadership.
